30-day return window

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be new and unused, with original accessories, complimentary gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Preparing your return

• Pack the product securely with all original parts and accessories.
• Include complimentary gifts and retain proof of postage.
• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive devices and consumable products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Faulty products

If your device appears faulty, contact Customer Care with the order number, product name and a description of the issue. The product may be assessed before a replacement, refund, store credit or another available remedy is confirmed.

Refund timing

CurrentBody aims to process returns within 14 working days after they reach the returns centre. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the payment provider may require additional time to credit the account.
